A:  The new sections have ample space for garages, both single and double.

Q:  Is there a playground?
A: Yes, it is maintained by the parents

Q:  Is there secure storage for my RV, boat, camper, etc.?
A:  Yes, a secure storage facility is on the premises and costs $15/mo.

A:  Yes

A: Yes, most lots can hold a double garage
